10-Week In School or After School Dance Residencies
Residency Information
1-2 sessions/week, 60 minutes
Grades K–8
Led by trained Culture Shock Los Angeles Teaching Artists
Includes warm-ups, foundational movement, choreography, freestyle exploration, and cultural context
Optional end-of-session student showcase
Lessons can be tailored for grade level and school needs.
School Requirments
A safe space for class (multipurpose room, cafeteria, classroom, etc.)
A point of contact for scheduling
Any required school clearance processes
Support in organizing a showcase (if desired)
We work with each school site to determine a schedule and structure that fits your needs.
